Vatika: Nature to Culture
Organized by Co.We in collaboration with the Lalbhai Dalpatbhai Museum, Vatika: Nature to Culture took place on 8th February 2025, from 8:00 to 9:30 AM. Conceptualized by Rohin Sher, founder of Co.We, the event was thoughtfully curated to explore the connections between ecology, cultivation, and cuisine.

The experience unfolded in three parts:
A walk rediscovering edible plants, led by Mansi Shah
A hands-on session on cultivation practices, conducted by Saloni Gajjar
A soulful breakfast inspired by local produce, curated by Chef Sneha Padnani

Rooted in place and season, Vatika offered a journey from nature to nourishment- reconnecting participants with the living landscape of food.
